For the last 2 months I have been trying to purchase IRC's at 3 local Post Offices. None of the post offices have been able to provide IRC's and all 3 post offices have said they don't know if the USPS handles IRC's any longer.
Has anyone experienced this problem? Can IRC's be purchased online?
