[RTTY] Signal on 10.101 RTTY?

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply.  If you don't have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it.  If you can't find any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense.  Is Common Sense divine?

There is currently a signal on 10.101, here in VA.  It is much like 
RTTY but with a 425 hz spacing.  I tried changing to this setting for 
the mark spacing, and text was displayed, but it was no comprehensible 
characters.  Could someone please let me know what this is?
