[RTTY] N1MM Cabrillo format error

N1MM Logger is formatting the Cabrillo log for the CQ WW RTTY
incorrectly. 

Wring:
QSO: 14086 RY 2008-09-27 0003 W6WRT         599 CA 03  N4BP 599 05 FL

Right:
QSO: 14086 RY 2008-09-27 0003 W6WRT         599 03 CA  N4BP 599 05 FL

Teh only difference is the "CA" and "O3" are reversed. The robot will
reject it. Just use Notepad, hit Ctrl-H and do a find and replace. The
robot accepted the corrected version ok.
