Thanks, Jim, Andrei and Jay. That's good news.

The common thread to all of these appears to be that they are multi-port 
devices. It appears that you have at least a reasonable chance (but no 
guarantee!) of being able to key FSK RTTY directly from a serial port on 
a multi-port USB adapter, whereas single-port USB-to-serial adapters 
appear to be much less likely to work without the help of EXTFSK.
