[RTTY] USB to Serial Convertors

I was able to use one serial port on that converter to key FSK RTTY and
second port I used for frequency control. Not in all radios though.
So, I decided to use laptops serial port to key FSK RTTY and converter's
port I am using for frequency control. It also works vise versa in most
cases...

Then I bought micro Keyer II and using this device with my desktop for
everything, no need com port et al...
