[RTTY] Writelog, N1MM and "NEXT" AKA as NOW

Al..

Here is the basic information about using the Now setup in N1MM.

In N1MM we call this call stacking. There are 2 ways to stack calls. In the
RX window if you hold the ALT key and click on a callsign it will get
stacked. (When a call is stacked it appears in the band map) you can stack
an unlimited number of calls in the stack. Your alternative method of
stacking is to create a macro that has this in it. {SOCALLSTACK} Now type a
call into the Entry window callsign box and hit the F-Key that has the
{SOCALLSTACK} macro in it. This will also place the call into the stack in
the bandmap.

Now place this text below into one of your Function keys..
{TX}{ENTER}! {LOGTHENPOP} TU NOW {F5}{F2}{RX}

If you are using ESM after you have sent the first stations exchange do not
hit Enter or this would send the F3 key and log your contact. Instead hit
whatever F-key that has the above macro in it. This will send (first call)
TU NOW (second call) UR xxxxxxxxxxxx what ever is programmed in the F5-F2
combo.

This will work your way thru the call stack and if no calls are left on the
stack and you accidentally hit that F-key again it will just send your F3
key instead..

Hope this helps..

Can anyone explain the "next command" in N1MM (or WriteLog for that
matter). What's the purpose? I did a quick Google search and came up with
nothing helpful. I'm assuming that it's for when you hear multiple
callsigns in the pileup and want to work one after the other without calling
qrz or cq. Is this correct, and if so, I'm eagerly awaiting the answers -
especially if anybody has info on how this works in Writelog.
