[RTTY] CQ to accept EQSL for awards

HMMM that must be why I get so many B4's working a contest, (any contest) I  
work one station and somebody close by thinks I worked him. then when I try to 
 work him he gives me  B4. 
That's why I don't answer people from the waterfall in RTTY only people  
that's on freq. It shifts ur Mark tone.
Maybe I'm all wet but that's the way I do it.
