No, it applies to SOAB. Not SOE or MO or SWL ... that's what it says!

No restrictions in the rules so do what you like; same with serial numbers.

I have just checked the rules on the BARTG web site and there is no mention
of dupes.
We removed it as it does not apply with Cabrillo logs.
Maybe you are looking at old rules?

It only applies to U.S. stations. If it applied to JA, VE and VK stations it
would read
"U.S., JA, VE and VK stations must use correct call or suffix for area of
operation."
