[RTTY] Bartg-Sprint logs

Hi John:

The question came up last nite within a software testing group (working 
on a Cabrillo module) as to whether you actually confirm that the files 
submitted to you are "good"  ie no formatting errors that would prevent 
them from being scored by your scoring application.  I'm not sure anyone 
knew the real answer.  Could you explain your process a bit?  
Undewrstand you probably have your hands full right about now so I 
understand if you are brief.
