[RTTY] VY2SS Cut Numbers

I'm wrong... USOS is what you don't want!  You want to have upper case 
(figures) when numbers are sent.  You don't need a chat to translate.... 
Simply look at your keyboard...

599 is TOO. (100 is QPP) Just simply translate to the number that is up and 
to the left of the letters you get instead of numbers in the report.
