REPLY:

I'll be glad to. It's the section that says thou shalt not transmit on
a frequency that is already in use, and of course, the beacon
frequencies are in use 24/7. Even if you can't hear the beacon it is
still there, and not hearing it gives you the same amount of
information as if you did.
