[RTTY] K4M Shutdown Plan

I just read the K4M shutdown plan, and it doesn't sound like there's any
more RTTY in it. Too bad they didn't take a real RTTY op with them to
Midway. NA didn't have much chance to work them on RTTY. The only two times
I could print them, they were taking EU, NA, and JA the first time and NA
and JA the second time. The Midwest didn't stand much chance against JA.
Toward the end of Midwest propagation the second time, the op finally
started calling for NA. Too little, too late.
