[RTTY] MMTTY tail

In the CQWW RTTY last weekend, I noticed a short, 
constant-tone "tail" at the end of my transmissions. It was 
noticeable on others, too, to a varying degree.

I was just playing with MMTTY settings and noticed that 
under MMTTY/Options/setup/tx tab/diddle, make sure LTR is 
selected. I had OFF selected, which seems to introduce the 
tail. I can clearly hear the difference if I flip back and 
forth between the two settings.

I don't know the reason for this effect, or if it applies to 
everyone, but it sure works here.
