[RTTY] re Long tail on MMTTY xmissions

Thanks to Bob  VE2AXO, the solution to this small problem, is to use 
the "COM-TXD(FSK)" in the Misc tab.  Not the "Sound + COM - 
TxD(FSK)".
It resulted in very fast xmit turn-off, without the long tail.
