[RTTY] XE Contest

Eric and the group,

Yup! I had a certificate follwing the first XE RTTY Contest, but sadly
nothing since then, despite being shown as a "country winner".

Such a shame that a contest has good participation, but lacks enthusiasm
from the sponsors.

I hope to spend a little time in the contest, mostly as a shakedown of my
new setup in readiness for the WPX RTTY contest.
