[RTTY] RTTY 7100-7125 kHz

This weekend with the CQ WPX RTTY contest,  40 meters signals will be packed tighter than 2 fat ladies sharing a seat on a bus. 

I never hear RTTY signals from 7100 - 7125 kHz. US amateurs are allowed to run RTTY on these frequencies and at full legal limit. 

Why don't RTTY ops use these frequencies, as they are barren except for a random CW signal from someone still holding an OLD novice class license. When I was a Novice back in the stone age I had to dodge Radio Moscow and the BBC. 

A few RTTY, contest or regular signals, would have been a blessing instead of those megawatters.

		General class:
		7.025-7.125 MHz: CW, RTTY/Data

		7.175-7.300 MHz: CW, Phone, Image
		Advanced class:
		7.025-7.125 MHz: CW, RTTY/Data

		7.125-7.300 MHz: CW, Phone, Image
Amateur Extra class:
		7.000-7.125 MHz: CW, RTTY/Data

		7.125-7.300 MHz: CW, Phone, Image
		

Note: Phone and Image modes are permitted between 7.075 and
7.100 MHz for FCC licensed stations in ITU Regions 1 and 3 and by FCC
licensed stations in ITU Region 2 West of 130 degrees West longitude or
south of 20 degrees North latitude. See Section 97.307(f)(11). Novice and Technician licensees outside ITU Region 2 may use CW only between 7.050 and 7.075 MHz.  See Section 97.301(e).  These exemptions do not apply to stations in the continental US.
