[RTTY] Radio stops sending messages

In MMTTY, open the MISC tab (in set-up) and click the "USB Port" 
button.  Select "C: Limiting Speed" ... also use the PTT from 
MMTTY (DTR on the same port at FSK) and not the WriteLog 
PTT on the CW port.
