I usually partake in most of the RTTY contests. If I plan on diving in whole heartedly I make sure I put fresh batteries in the mouse and keep the old ones as a spare when the fresh ones die between contests. I haven't wiped a fresh set out in a contest yet, but I only do SO1R and that was another thread. Phil N9LAH
