[RTTY] IMPORTANT: WF1B.DAT updated for ARRL RTTY Round-Up

If you're using WF1B for ARRL RTTY Round-Up, you can download the latest 
country file here:

     http://www.country-files.com/cty/index.htm#WF1B

Previous versions of the file had too many prefixes, causing this error:

   "Too many prefixes! This file is too large to convert.
    Please contact WF1B or download new files from the internet."

Thanks to Wes, W3SE for alerting me to the problem.

Have fun in the round-up.  I'm child-sitting this weekend, will see if I 
can get on for a few minutes.
