[RTTY] HAL releases DXPWin 3.0 for 64- bit systems

I still have a HAL RTTY-1 tuning indicator.  Can that be changed to use a
different tone pair? I also like 1275/1445.

Yes, you can change the Mark/Space tones on the BAUDOT page in Configuration
pages menu option.  I just changed mine to 1275/1445
and it took it.  I had to turn on the RTTY filter in the PRO III and move
the PBT low enough but copying a RTTY station on 80 meters
right now.
