[RTTY] Dashes in Contest Reports

It seemed that the final consensus (or where the thread stopped) was to send
it like :
xxxxxx 123 123-123

to make everyone happy or maybe equally unhappy, whatever the case may be. I
personally send:
xxxxxx 123 123 xxxxxx
