[RTTY] Dashes in Contest Reports

When dealing with the dash, the authority to consult is CHEN.

He can explain hows and whys of the dash. I remember reading 
an excellent explanation. Hopefully, Chen has an 'instant replay'
of his in depth analysis.  :) Grin
