[RTTY] GU0SUP DL-DX contest

I noticed several stations self spotting during the contest, mostly from 
eastern EU.  When I notice that I make it a point NOT to work that station. 
It's supposed to "fun" and a "hobby" and I'll be darned if I'm going to 
reward that behavior with a contact and multiplier!
