[RTTY] FTDX 5000 and MMTTY/N1MM

Hi Jim,  Joe W4TV set  me straight.  Reason I thought MMTTY would no 
work was when I transferred all my cables to the new radio nothing 
worked in MMTTY.  I thought the whole problem was no support for this 
radio.   Going to work on it again today as time allows.  My problem 
with MMTTY could be related to the sound card itself as I dug into it 
just now and see changes were made to it some how.
