[RTTY] Cheating

Hi Don.  I read your e-mail about the cheating and the SO2R op that was 
running on 2 bands at once.  It seems that it's getting more blatant as each 
contest comes along.  The mood seems to be "To hell with the rules.  As long 
as I can do it and don't get caught, I will."  Well, I think it's time that 
the contest sponsors were notified and the offending individual(s) be named, 
along with call signs, so that everybody knows who these people are.

I'm glad you brought this to the forefront, Don.  Maybe more of us can be on 
the watch.  Also, thanks for the contact on Sunday.
