It's not HIS reflector.  It's OUR reflector (technically, it's
contesting.com's reflector).  Bill just happens to be the person who
volunteered to be the list owner.  He took over for me when I moved
from MA to CO in 2007.

In my opinion, a list owner who engages in the kind of petty
back-and-forth like he does with W4TV isn't setting a very good
example of how the list members should behave.
