[RTTY] Don's Induction into Contesting Hall of Fame

Paulo Cortese, I2UIY, was inducted in 2008 and unfortunately became a Silent
Key just six months later.  Paulo was an active RTTY contester, doing many
RTTY contest expeditions and still holds the 15m Africa record in CQ WPX
RTTY.  Paulo also did the log checking for the two CQ RTTY contests for many
years.  Paulo and Don both were nominated and inducted for their overall
impact and contribution to radiosport, not just the RTTY mode.

Nominations for CQ HOF inductees initiate from the general contesting
community, not the CQ Contest Committee.  The Committee can only act on
nominations that they receive, so it is up to the community to nominate the
deserving.
