[RTTY] Modified Cabrillo header for Russian RTTY Contest

I went through the whole thing, and gave up when the small print started to annoy me. Just sent the Cabrillo file generated by N1MM Logger.
 
About 30 minutes ago I received a "thank you for submitting" email. See what happens...
