[RTTY] Modified Cabrillo header for Russian RTTY Contest

Hi,

I'm not Russian, although I am studying the language....

My reading of it is that the "OFFTIME" section is intended to record a break
in operation - the example given being how to show being off the air from
0300 UTC to 0743 on 22nd March 2002.

Hope that helps,

I am trying to modify the header for my Cabrillo log for the Russian
RTTY contest per theinstructions at:

http://srr.ru/CONTEST/ermak/index.html

In the left pane, click on the Russian words just above ADDRESS.

and I think I have it figured out except for the section labeled
OFFTIME which reads:

OFFTIME: (question marks replace Cyrillic characters)

???????? ???????? ?? ???????????? ???????? ? ??????.
?????? (??? ???????? ? 0300 UTC ?? 0743 UTC 22 ????? 2002 ????):
OFFTIME: 2002-03-22 0300 2002-03-22 0743
         yyyy-mm-dd nnnn yyyy-mm-dd nnnn
         -----begin-----+------end------

To me, that last line makes it look more like ONTIME than OFFTIME. Can
anyone clarify?

Except for the OFFTIME, what I have so far looks like this:

START-OF-LOG: 3.0
CALLSIGN: W6WRT
CATEGORY-ASSISTED: NON-ASSISTED
CATEGORY-BAND: ALL
CATEGORY-MODE: DIGI
CATEGORY-OPERATOR: SINGLE-OP
CATEGORY-POWER: HIGH
CATEGORY-STATION: FIXED
CATEGORY-TIME: 24-HOURS
CATEGORY-TRANSMITTER: ONE
CATEGORY-OVERLAY: OVER-50
CLAIMED-SCORE: 114345
CONTEST: RADIO-WW-RTTY W6WRT
CREATED-BY: N1MM Logger V10.8.5
EMAIL: dezrat1242 at yahoo.com
lOCATION: DM14TF
NAME: Bill Turner
ADDRESS: 520 Bowman Trl
ADDRESS: Landers, CA 92285
ADDRESS: USA
OPERATORS: W6WRT

Does this look right?

Help from our Russian friends would be most appreciated!

Thanks,

73, Bill W6WRT
