[RTTY] Digital DXCC or ARRL Board of Directors, respectfully: have my strong disagreement

Spot on Neal, which of course is nothing new.  RTTY Digital Journal was
first about 1993 and then the Digital Journal in 1994.  And we are now all
worried about an award name.
