[RTTY] Looks like I won't get RTTY DXCC afterall

Quite right Ron.  Adding Digital DXCC category without deleting RTTY category would have had a better outcome.    
I wonder though, will there be an endorsement sticker to represent DXCC done solely on RTTY.
