[RTTY] Which logger sends "Now <nextcall>..."

A couple of times this weekend, I saw someone work two station in
succession.  After signing with the first, I immediately saw on the
next line, "NOW <newcall> <RST> <#>".  Which logger does this?  I
discovered that WriteLog can push calls on a stack, but all it does
(that I can see) is pre-load the callsign field for the next QSO, but
it doesn't automatically send anything to that station.
