QRZ? should be used if after completing a QSO you hear an unidentified 
station calling.  Note that it has a question mark. (Who is calling me?).

Normal reply should be QRZ + call sign (Call of station calling you) We 
don't need that!

CQ after completing and logging a contact and you hear no one calling.
