I use the following:-

F1 – CR TEST DE ZC4LI ZC4LI CQ
F2 – CR HISCALL 599 001 001 HISCALL
F3 – CR HISCALL QSL TU CR CR ZC4LI CQ
F4 – CR HISCALL DE ZC4LI
F5 – CR HISCALL
F6 – CR NR?
F7 – CR DE ZC4LI ZC4LI ZC4LI
F8 – CR QSL TU EE
INT – F2
+     - F3

Seems to work ok for me.
If my software Win-Test was capable of sending
HI then I would use that also as I like the personal
touch that it gives.
Running at 50 Q’s an hour would also be pretty good
as I usually only manage an average of around 35 if
I am lucky !
