[RTTY] NAQP RTTY RULES Non-North America

Looks like blank should be ok too. From the link Mark posted at
http://www.ncjweb.com/naqplogguidance.php in the section on During the
Contest:

A blank or "DX" for the copied QTH is only acceptable for logging QSOs with
stations outside of North America.

Then in after the contest it states:
There are no blank QTH fields in the QSO: lines for North American stations
you worked.

Nothing mentions a blank QTH for the non-NA stations is not acceptable. So
is blank ok or MUST there be a DX in the QTH field for non-NA stations?
