[RTTY] Logbook of the World (LOTW) RTTY Confirmations

Maybe because many of us rtty types were among the first beta testers of 
LoTW!
and
Secondly we were using computers for contesting, so our qsos were 
already stored in a correct or easy to export format. So it was easy to 
upload.
