[RTTY] Windows 7/MMTTY/WriteLog

Do not install either WL or MMTTY in C:\Program Files.  Instead install them 
in their own unique folder at the root level, i.e., C:\WriteLog and 
C:\MMTTY.  This will avoid confusion later on with the Virtual Store path 
Windows uses for programs installed in C:\Program Files.
