[RTTY] SCC RTTY Contest this weekend

I'm glad to see the SCC drop the band-change limits for single operators.

The SCC contest module for WriteLog is written by Bernd, DC3HB. I'll let him know the rules have changed to see if he could possibly update the module before this weekend. The module can be found at:
