[RTTY] Multiple Decoders

The reason the DXP38 is popular as a second (or third) decoder is because of it's "wide" front end.  It can decode signals outside the normal "passband" input of MMTTY when stations are off frequency but still within the receiver's filter.  This is particularly useful when S&P.  The DXP38 will start decoding much earlier than MMTTY nearly every time when tuning upon a signal.  Getting early print is helpful especially since RTTY contest messages have become shorter these days.
