[RTTY] Question marks

I use Outlook 2003.  I just discovered an Outlook note at the top of Bill's
postings ... "Extra line breaks in this message were removed."   When I
right-click on that Outlook note, I get a pop-up button ... "Restore line
breaks".   Left-clicking that button restores the message format to what I
see on CQ-Contest and in the CQ-Contest archives, i.e., perfectly readable.

BTW, most of the wiki article on Quoted-printable was lost on me.   ;>)
