[RTTY] Question marks

Bill, it's coming through ok here. OE, Win XP. I do see the question marks
in some other emails including messages in digests.  Don't know what's
causing it though.

Hi folks: As you probably know, for several years I have been forwarding contest 
scores which I receive from the 3830 reflector. Today I received an email from a 
member who said the text was being received incorrectly. Here is a sample of what he 
is getting:

All SOAB HP
WF2S? ? ? ? ? ? ? 192? 909? ? ? ? ? 77,380 ORLEANS COUNTY A.R.C
OK2SFP? ? ? ? ? ? 130? ? 72? 6:10? ? 40,968 W6SX? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 32? ? 12? ? ? ? ? ? ? 
564 NCCC

As you can see, question marks are replacing some of the text. I have no idea what is 
causing this except to guess the font is being interpreted incorrectly.


Do any of you experts out there have any ideas how to correct this? All suggestions 
appreciated.
