[RTTY] VE7CF WAE QTC adventures

This contest was the very first time I attempted to actually send a 
QTC.  Apparently it went off successfully - I think.  However, there 
were a couple of rcvd ones that I fouled up and I apologize to those 
senders who might not get full credit for them.   Great contest 
though, and fairly good propagation to boot.
