[RTTY] Why 150W LP in Roundup?

The Low Power limit for all ARRL HF contests is 250 watts.  It was set when most radios were 150 watts.  Most modern radios are 100 watts, so one could argue 100 watts is more appropriate.  CQ contests are 100 watts.
