[RTTY] Stupid CQ WW WPX robot needs to be updated

Deep breaths, maybe a paper bag if things get too bad. Happens to more
robots than anyone would think.
After 3 less emails than actual contestants they will believe they have a
problem and fix it. If just a couple people reported it than they would feel
smug that the problem was not theirs.
Remember - It's about plausible deniability !!

We could be anal and make them add a day to the in-by date !!
