Erik K5WW,
Remember my posting where I mentioned I uploaded my QSO's to LoTW twice because I screwed up. It was having problems with LoTW on Sunday afternoon. It was not accepting uploads from the web page but finally accepted and processed my RTTY-WPX log. Later in the day, it would not open and said:
"Fatal error: initializeLOTWDB: -9807 - Too many users (task limit): General database error [initializeLOTWDB: -9807 - Too many users (task limit)]"
A week or so ago I asked the LoTW Help desk about how many were too many users and was told that the message means it is down for scheduled maintenance. They agree the error message is wrong and hope to have that corrected.
Let's hope it is just down for scheduled maintenance and will be back sometime Monday.
