[RTTY] spaces, dashes, and everything

When I work a weak station and they ask for a fill I have my Macro set to 
just enter

 xxx xxx
 xxx xxx
 xxx xxx

 I did have many on a repete request send

 xxx xxx xxx
 xxx xxx xxx

3 times ,   I'm not sure which is the best ??
