Software: N1MM with 3 decoders, 2tone and MMTTY.

Total operating time: 24.5 hours.

Same station as last year, same choice of band (15m), same operator and
almost exactly the same numbers of QSOs and multipliers. The
differences? This year was NON-assisted, and it was far more fun to find
new stations and multipliers for myself. A greater effort to work JAs on
both mornings brought a 4% increase in claimed QSO points and total
score.

The SteppIR is particularly useful in the middle of the day, with its
ability to switch rapidly between East, West or Bi-directional. However,
I still need to cover Africa better so that can be something for next
year. In the shack I am getting better at intensive S&Ping, with two
receivers leapfrogging each other up or down the band and several
decoder windows open, all at the same time... but I'm still not sure
which decoders are the best, and am running out of screen space for more
decoder windows!

Highlights: being called by double mults (special thanks to CP1FF -
wow!); the pleasure of being a mult for other people; and the pleasure
of closing the band out very late in the evenings from a site that is
particularly good to the NW. Thanks to everyone for making this such a
good contest.

(Amazing to see over 550 QSOs already confirmed on LotW - RTTY
contesters are particularly good at this. If anyone needs a physical
card, in a few days we will have a Clublog OQRS form available on the
GM3W QRZ page, or of course through Clublog itself.)
