I ALWAYS include a TU in my exchange. Although it's mostly abt confirming a contact, I have no problem with it also being friendly and polite.
I find it somewhat offensive in a 'big brother' sort of way, to suggest mandating standards of positive social behavior, with rule changes.
If this is the case, consider me DQ'd.
