[RTTY] [WriteLog] 2Tone error

Tnx Ed that did the trick.  Somehow I missed that despite it being stated 
right on the screen.  Getting old ain't for the faint of heart!

Make sure "Add -C" is unchecked in the xmmt.ocx Setup window.
