[RTTY] NA RTTY Sprint Practice

The fall edition of the NA RTTY Sprint is this Saturday NA time (00-04 UTC
Sunday, 13 October).  In addition to the NCCC RTTY Sprint Ladder tonight
with slightly modified rules, there will be a regular practice tomorrow
night:

0130-0200 UTC Saturday, 12 October (Friday evening, NA time)
